Mr. Pugrant is the Founder and Managing Director of Cronus Human Capital. The principles of Mr. Pugrant and the firm are centered around providing the highest level of service to our client companies by locating talented candidates in an accelerated and timely manner.

Mr. Pugrant became involved in the search business in 1985. Prior to his experience in the search business, Mr. Pugrant began his career with Arthur Andersen and had a diversity of financial and operational consulting experience in the manufacturing, real estate, financial services and high technology industries.  He is a CPA and participates in numerous charitable and civic organizations.
