Senior Recruiter

Grant / Morgan AssociatesBethesda, MD

Full-time, Contract

Grant / Morgan Associates is a well-known retained search firm in the DC metro area that specializes in placing mid-management to C-suite finance and accounting professionals within the Real Estate, Specialty Finance, and Industrial / Manufacturing industries. Founded in the early 1990’s by a former Big 4 audit / tax professional, our firm consistently partners with a wide range of public and private companies on confidential, high-profile searches. We have successfully worked with Fortune 500 companies, recent IPO companies, foreign-owned companies with US operations, emerging / entrepreneurial companies, and rapidly growing venture-backed companies to help maintain or build a strong foundation of talent.

We have recently opened a new line of business – Cronus Human Capital – that specializes in placing accounting and finance professionals in all industries on a contract, contract-to-hire, and contingent basis. To help further its growth and development over the upcoming years, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Recruiter to join this growing team. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to help build and shape a new practice using Grant / Morgan’s decades of experience and relationships.
