Our client – a mid-sized privately held company – seeks a high-potential person to join their expanding accounts payable team. This is a full-time, permanent role into which our client will be onboarding this individual contract-to-hire. This individual will be completing 1099’s, conducting audits of employee expense reports, processing all invoices accurately and timely, and assisting with general accounting duties.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience
• Strong knowledge of 1099’s
• A basic understanding of accounting, GL coding, reconciliations and intercompany concepts
• Lawson ERP strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
